Trinity Management Systems GmbH has been successfully developing innovative solutions for professional corporate financial management for over 25 years. The development, sales, and maintenance of the Trinity TMS treasury management system are handled from the headquarters of this financially independent company in Frankfurt am Main, where the ISO-certified data centers for private cloud implementations are also located.

Trinity Management Systems GmbH has been certified to ISO 27001:2022 since December 23, 2025.

The ISO 27001 standard is issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), headquartered in Geneva, which develops global standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. The 27001 standard defines criteria for an effective information security management system (ISMS) that ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. It encompasses not only IT but also personnel, processes, and infrastructure, as well as the management of cyberattacks.

The areas of operation at Trinity that meet the requirements of this standard are:

  • Modular standard software for liquidity planning and management
  • Support for customers in the implementation, updates, and operation of Trinity TMS
  • Training and user support
  • Sales of services/products to new customers
  • Custom programming

For the hosting services offered by Trinity in the German Private Cloud, we can provide our customers—in collaboration with our partners—with additional certifications depending on the configuration:

  • EU Cloud CoC, C5, CST CCRF

Following the motto YOUR TREASURY – YOUR WAY – OUR SOFTWARE Trinity offers its customers standard software with a very broad and deep functionality, which is individually adapted to the respective requirements within the implementation process. Trinity primarily serves globally active companies from various industries with turnover sizes ranging from approximately 80 million to over 200 billion euros in annual turnover.

After more than 25 years, Trinity is still owner-managed and self-financed. Our diverse team is made up of experienced employees from different nations in a flat hierarchy. Together with our colleagues from the Netherlands, the German team implementations and customer support for our globally represented customers, whose headquarters are located in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark or Norway, for example.

To round off its offer, Trinity can draw on a large network of partners. These experts support us with implementation advice or with functional extensions, e.g. for digital guarantee management, optimisation of global payment transactions, delivery of market data, internet trading and much more.

Trinity is involved with treasurer associations in Europe to promote the active exchange of knowledge. It regularly shares its expertise through presentations at conferences and trade fairs as well as teaching assignments.

Trinity has been acting sustainably in a virtually paperless office for years and pays attention to compliance with the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact.
